Comedy CentralNetwork Rebrand

Network rebrand for the one-and-only Comedy Central. I worked as a writer and strategist for messaging and brand behavior, helping to position Comedy Central as arbiters of funny in a multi-platform, message-saturated universe. My favorite contribution, besides everything, was the Deconstruction Manual, crafted with Keira Alexandra, in place of a typical brand book. It was chock full of sensible, brand-focused positioning and LULZ. Lots of amazing work went into this project by Alicia Johnson and Hal Wolverton as senior creative directors, Keira Alexandra, Kiffer Keegan and Adam McIsaac as creative/art directors, Daniel Pernikoff and Brian McGee as animators/designers, Joe Johnson as sound designer, Eron Otcasek and Roberto Serrini as editors, Allison Pickard as producer/collaborator and sandwiches as lunch/dinners. This rebrand has been awarded with:
